Staunton Farm Foundation accepts Letter Of Inquiries (LOIs) year round. For an award in March, all LOIs must be received by November 15 for a December 1 application deadline. For an award in September, all LOIs must be received by May 15 for June 1 application deadline.
All LOIs and applications are to be submitted to Staunton Farm Foundation’s Grant Management System. If you have any questions, please contact the office.
Once the Foundation has received an LOI through the online grant portal, it will be vetted. All organizations will be notified via email if they are formally invited to submit an application or denied to moving the proposal any further. Emails will come from the grant management system.
